They cleaned the mildew very fast and apologized. The breakfast was back to a full breakfast which is one of the reasons why I chose to stay there. The selection was typical- cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits, waffles, coffee pastries, etc. Overall the stay was comfortable. Beds are firm but comfy. Stylish room. I LOVE that there's a NO PET policy!

My wishes for a top floor room were not considered. The air conditioner vents had mildew on them. The toilet had hair in it from the previous person that stayed there, which makes me wonder if they cleaned the bathroom at all. Wish they had a pork alternative for breakfast in the morning. Walls are a bit thin as I could hear neighbors beside me talking and coughing.

This place appears brand new. Everything is clean and new. Our king size bed is comfortable. Pillows a little too firm for me. The room is large as is the bathroom. Refrigerator and microwave present. Hot hot water. OKC was just a midway stopping point on our road trip so this hotel was well located. Several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast included some hot offerings. Overall exceptional value for the price.

The pillows. I would recommend offering a variety to accommodate for different likes and dislikes.

Clean rooms and common areas, friendly desk staff, exceptional housekeeping staff— our room was always well attended and restocked with everything we could need!

Had a brief issue with our room key, but it was resolved very quickly the very first time, and we had no further issues!

The cleanliness of the room. Also, the kindness of the front desk clerk was helpful. All stores were closed the day of my stay. So thirsty I was, she provided me with a bottle of water at no charge. Thanks! :)
