I liked how quiet it was. The mattress and sheets were amazing! I had not rested like that in a while! It was all very clean. The bar area was nice and bartender was friendly.
There was no microwave in the room. Also the AC would not go lower than 75. It felt very warm inside that room (703). Also, at the bar you could not pay with a card and had to be charged to your room which was odd.

The front desk staff does a great job. Really made it easy to check in/out, and helpful with local restaurant options outside the property.
Not a great breakfast option.
The lack of a full service restaurant is one of the only negatives about the property.

We loved the convenience of close proximity of location to the Paycom center. It was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly and bed was cozy and room temperature very comfortable.
I didn't like that they didn't have more options for food and or snack at hotel location for late night after concert. It would've been helpful to have had a vending machine or bar food available late. What was available was limited in options and very expensive....2 bottles water, 2 pops=$30...insane!

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.
Absolutely zero parking. You have to pay an additional $30+ for valet parking or park on the street and keep feeding the meter. As an establishment at bare minimum there should be free parking.
