The size of the elevator was nice.

Checking in was weird and felt like he was accusing us of being theives, and then turns around and charges me again for my room. Said it was a deposit. The other people didn't have to pay one. Not to mention the weed, I know we are in Oklahoma but come on guys there was no air freshness just weed and BO. Bed hight in the handicapped room is supposed to be lower and that one was not. The towel racks all three were at the top of the wall. The hand heald sprayer thing didn't reach very far either. This place is not wheelchair friendly or friendly of any kind. Never staying here again. Ever. Worst Windham ever.

The experience was amazing. The look, and feel of the room was so much better then I anticipated for the area. Yes the area surrounding and scenery out the window wasn't much, but it was hardly noticeable. The couch was comfortable enough, and the window seat as well. The bed was actually softer then I expected as well. Staff was prompt and polite and check out was so easy. Will be choosing this place for future stays.

I didn't get to stay to check out the breakfast that was included, also didn't prepare for the ability to go swimming. So now that I know those are there, I'll make sure to pack better next time. The only few complaints would be the curtains wouldn't pull fully closed in my room, which honestly was fine cause the bed was big enough was able to sleep to the side of where lights from outside were shining in. Also the pillows; one was firmer and was soft, but the soft one was not enough and the firm was too firm. So I had to put one on top of the other for it to workout. Other then that the lobby and elevator smelled heavily of smoke, but someone could've easily just ignored everyone else's health and just walked through there, because my level smelled pretty clean. It did seem to smell a bit more like cigarette smoke towards the elevator on my level. Other then that was pretty happy with my stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The room was well worth the price. It was clean, quiet , & very comfortable. The location was perfect for me.

The only issue I had the entire time I was there was with 1 of the staff. I cannot remember his name, he worked the day shift. I intend on calling the hotel to get his information but it was like he had a problem or complaint with me EVERY day almost. For like a week straight he (without a better word) would threaten to keep my deposit and not let me extend my stay the next day for absurd reasons. His reasons ranged from “if an individual from one of the neighboring hotels came to my room” to “if I refused housekeeping one day “ that he would keep my deposit and I would have to check out the following day. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
