I have no complaints.

Loved the decor, the colors, the cleanliness, the ability to work from the room. Nice staff and fantastic location--so easy to walk to restaurants and get around town.

The free breakfast was inedible. I prefer to pay and get good food. The room could have been a bit more spacious and have drawers for clothing.

it was super clean and the location was great.

the breakfast was not meeting expectations. the eggs had a terrible smell.

the hotel did not recognize my Booking.com. reservation. It was distressing and the issue is still unresolved. The reply i got was Booking.com did not manage to contact Springhill Suites. This was my first time booking via Booking.com and it will be my last.

The coffee was too strong and there was smoking on the 6th floor so strong it was hard to stand. We did tell the front desk & they tried to handle it

Arrived they couldn't find my reservation. First night there was a large party 3 doors down until 3 am. Complained but just got apologies

$150.00 Pet charge! Very high and we did not realize the cost until we arrived. If I had known, I would have booked elsewhere.
