Good location, close to highway and Knoxville. Plenty of places to eat near by.

Obvious water damage on ceiling in bathroom. Ceiling was black. Hair lying on floor. Smoke smell was very strong.

Was unable to stay the days I booked cus of unexpected events that happened but what time I was there I enjoyed the stay

Very clean, nice restroom, wonderful bed and bedding, wonderful priced room. Great breakfast.

Though the room and amenities were great, the carpet and walls need updated and the lobby could be a little more inviting; however, for the money spent it went beyond expectations.

Bed was soft.

Sink and countertop was separated. The ceiling over shower was damaged. The shower rod was broke. The neighbors were loud. And a drug deal was made just off lobby.

this was by far the worst choice hotel I’ve ever stayed in. never again. I got stuck in the elevator twice. very run down.

They amount of traffic of non-stayers, they have an open bar and kareokee every Friday, it's ok, but it's not the best

The staff is always really friendly and the service is always spot on. I hope to stay here again really soon!

The building is old most of the rooms had a basement like smell or smell like cigarettes and the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking

the bar tender and bar were nice

our room had black mold on the ceiling in the main room and the bathroom. it had a terrible smell in the room. I know the housekeeping staff ran a vacuum over the carpet, because they were still cleaning when we checked in. while we were in the room about 20 mins, some other guest of the hotel had a key and walked in, the front desk booked the room twice. over all the hotel is ran down, dirty and not well ran. I’d stay at red roof across the street before I stay here again!

Great location restaurants were in walking distance

The room was not clean. The bathroom ceiling was leaking look as if it was mold. The hot water didn't work. Refrigerator was dirty

There was a bar and pool tables but the area was so sketchy we didn't want to leave the room.

The area was bad and the facility had a bad smell. My husband was woke up at 3 am with his face itching, so he went to the bathroom and his face was swollen with bites. Searched the bed and found fleas. Would not recommend this place. The pictures are deceiving was not that nice.

Location, free breakfast.

Room was labeled non smoking but was obviously smoked in heavily. Had to go to Walmart for air freshener and spray repeatedly to mask ash tray smell. One dresser had only one screw which left it dangling. The bathroom sink took forever to drain to the point we brushed our teeth over the tub. The sink also hung a half inch below vanity surface and was filled with caulk that was covered in black mold. The the ceiling over the shower spout was cracked was falling from water damage. The shower curtain rod was dangling to the point that the curtain could not be shut on either end of the tub. There was a shoddy patch job on the wall behind the toilet. The bathroom door would only open a third of the way before dragging the floor and could not be shut completely. One of the main reasons for booking the room was for indoor pool for my daughter to be able to swim in and we were informed upon arrival that the pool was not functional.
