The bed was very comfortable and clean

I wish there were more options at breakfast especially gluten free

The facilities were great, the breakfast was good, and the room had everything we needed and was clean.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the AC flowing directly to the bed.

It seemed to be clean.

The room looked like it was hastily put together. The door was very badly installed; it was crooked and there was a lot of light and noise from the hall coming into the room. There wasn't any place to put bags except the floor. The stations on the TV didn't reflect the guide so you couldn't tell what station was on. The bathroom lacked any place to hang towels within reach of the shower. The shower/tub lacked a mat or any other safety precautions. I slipped and almost fell. I tried to get a receipt when I checked and was told that it was emailed, I still haven't received it, so I don't know if the $100.00 holding fee was credited back to my credit card. We stayed there several times before and were generally pleased but not this time. We were disappointed.
