The Courtyard Marriott never disappoints for a comfortable and convenient stay in Worcester.

Very convenient to the highway, and restaurants. This hotel is always clean, comfortable beds and rooms. Having the ability to do laundry was very helpful this trip. Staff is always friendly.

The only slight inconvenience was we had to ask for room cleaning/towel exchange. It would be nice to have a couple bottles of water each day, and maybe even a snack in he lobby.

Location was perfect for our needs and the staff were very lovely. We were very happy to find that a room was available so close to the WPI campus although I was behind schedule making a reservation.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. As I was brushing my teeth, I found a long hair in the sink - none of us has long, dark hair. Breakfast was absurdly expensive. Dunk's next time for sure.

The staff were not very accommodating. The breakfast system was not clearly explained. The staff made you feel that everything you asked was a bit of a nuisance.

A fine place to stay for a few days.

Location was good. Plenty of parking. Noon checkout was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tiny gym which can’t handle more than two people at a time. Pool is slightly bigger than a hot tub. No free breakfast.

It served it’s purpose, tiny pool, was a clean enough place. Eat elsewhere.

It was clean. Felt like a safe area.

$15 dollars to park at the hotel?!? Or walk a block and park in a garage with their key card thing. I didn’t like that at all. The breakfast was glowing yellow eggs that smelled like plastic & were definitely not real.

Nice enough but if I travel back to Worcester I'll probably try another place. Didn't blow me away

The room itself was very comfortable. The location was easy to find and access.

I was surprised how loud it seemed. I could hear people in the hallway very easily later at night, that woke me from sleeping and coughing in the adjacent room to ours.

Cosy hotel

Room was a comfortable size and beds were comfortable. Loved the fire place in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very cosy atmosphere.

Having to request cleaning. I did request cleaning of bathroom everyday as we had 4 adults sharing. However, bathtub was not cleaned and was only cleaned on the last night, after having to complain at reception. However, it was a very busy time due to the FLL competition guests.

Staff never reached out on what could be done different it was more like you get what you get

Complained several times about the fact that I couldn't rest due to whoever was above me no accommodations were made ...

Nice staff, gym, very clean

Couldnt connect to hotel wifi AC was set to frigid Fridge was not cold. Room was colder than the fridge. TV had limited channels with no local news or weather.

The property was good but the front desk wasn’t too nice. And after I receive my receive was two transaction on my credit card for 20 dollars and I don’t know why
