They reserved on the same floor for 100 kids, So no one was able to sleep or take any rest.

It was a pleasant and welcoming environment, clean, and had nice amenities. It also had a fenced in parking lot with secured vehicle access.

I had no complaints.

the rude staff, there isnt enough parking in the secure lot. when we asked where we can park staff got annoyed at us and told ua "this happens all the time" you can just find a spot on the street a block away!

The step was fantastic. Came in after 11 after a concert we were starving. Couldn’t find any place open came back to the hotel, started looking in their area to see if there is anything we could find to eat. Bruce at the front desk said ladies if you’re hungry, there’s places here that deliver till 2:30 in the morning gave us the menus and we were able to eat. Thank you, Bruce.

The parking lot is a little tight and the spots in the little small.

Bed was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. Very good breakfast with lots of variety.

Had to pay for parking $15 per night.

The facility was clean organized the staff was overly helpful in figuring out my issues with check in. Apparently a small mistake happened with my first and last name getting switched around. Aside from that small hiccup my stay was exceptional.

Hotel was aamazing. Easy parking. Staff very friendly and welcoming excellent security features for accessing the lobby after hours and accessing the elevators requires a key card. Very comfortable beds, quiet accommodations. Bathroom was big and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
