Jacuzzi!!

The staff was very nice. The Pure rooms were clean and smelled good besides the old carpet. Breakfast area was very clean and well staffed.

Our first room had no hot water in the shower. Had to change rooms. Hot tub was one of the reasons why I chose this location, and it was broken.

Breakfast was a tad higher end than most. Room size was great. Felt like a mini studio apartment!

The staff was excellent. The front desk man was Pedro Reyes. He was very quick, professional and always greeted us with a hello Mr. Wright. He takes pride in his work. All the staff was great and helpful. Pedro stood out among them. He did a great job of checking in and out groups of people in a timely manner. Always smiling and asking them is all okay. Keep this employee, even if you have to handcuff him and pay him more.

Nothing. All was good. We are going to continue to book more reservations with Spring hill Suites interest future.

Was not as clean as the pictures, and the rooms were rundown, and the furniture was beat up 

The breakfast was good and the shuttle drivers were nice.

The first front desk person I had was not friendly. She wouldn't call the shuttle driver when I was one minute away from the stop. I had to call her back to get the shuttle. When I got to the hotel. I was assigned a room that ended up being on a maintenance hold and there was no light in the part of the bathroom with the shower and toilet. The front desk person then gave me another room but it was not the room I originally booked. I ended up with 2 queen beds. Additionally the room temperature was not stable and it was very very humid in the room.

The staff were just amazing, they made the stay so comfortable.

There was one lady who was extremely rude to us, and started shouting at us because we asked her why the fire alarms went off two days in a row. She started yelling at us, and was extremely disrespectful.

The facilities near the airport, the accommodations for the whole family, good breakfast.

The Hot water was not very hot and it was not able to take a very hot shower.

Make the hot water int he building very hot please

Parking was available and easy to park near room entrance area.

Big rooms with very clean and nice bathroom. Very spacious.
