Hubby loved the breakfast, he is an early bird and the convenience was appreciated. We were going to a Punchline comedy show and the location was perfect. Hall staff was friend and asked if there was anything we needed.

The breakfast had a good selection—eggs, toast, walnuts, raisins, fruit and coffee. The location was convenient to the event we were attending. The front desk were all friendly and helpful.
The air circulation fan was very noisy. We called the front desk after 10pm and maintenance checked it and said it was a fan that is in every room and does not shut off. It was too loud for sleeping so we asked the front desk receptionist about changing rooms. We changed to a room on the second floor and the fan was much quieter. In this room, the bathroom light switch did not shut off.

The location is what attracts me to this place.
The shower wasn’t draining properly. We ended up standing in water while showering. The shower head didn’t work properly. It seemed like the showerhead was clogged. While checking in,the attendant couldn’t find our reservation and after some time, she passed it on to another employee. They offered breakfast. Unfortunately the food that was supposed to to be hot were cold.
