Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt West End

Great location, walking distance to broadway, although due to the excessive heat/humidity Sept 26 we only walked in once and used uber - always about $6/7 a trip. Great pool, laundry room, all conveniently located on 5th floor as was my room!! Rooms were large with air con. Water bottle refills on ground floor. Recommend going to AMERIGO Italian restaurant- walking distance from the hotel- turn left from the hotel entrance & enjoy. Best food we got in Nashville- everywhere else is burgers and more burgers!

Breakfast was very poor and only tried it once. Found much better diners walking distance from NO free hospitality in tea/coffee at reception NO kettle in bedroom- being USA just coffee machine!

The staff were helpful and had personality too which sometimes lacks in other hotels.

Main lobby area is a bit small but that’s just being picky.

WE DIDNT use a car there so cant comment on the parking, the hotel was nice but a bit far away from the main streets also i cannot see what the extra cost per night was for as i have stayed in hotels equally as nice and the same or better location for less money.

Lower cost some reception staff were reluctant to help with ordering taxis,

The property and its location were great.

We have tried countless to get in contact with the hotel regarding some luggage that we accidentally left behind. Emails and phone numbers have been impossible to get through to and get a response from. Alongside the luggage, medications were also left behind mistakenly and it’s sad to know that no one got back in touch regarding this matter and we couldn’t retrieve these items.
