The room was very clean except for a few hairs in the shower from previous guests. The Breakfast was great. Maybe a little pricey but very delicious and the wait staff was very accommodating. The valet attendants were helpful, friendly and efficient in getting the car to the door for us.

The main thing that I didn't like was that after paying for the hotel room upfront, once we got there I was informed of a $50 per night deposit (which added up to be $150 on top of hotel) but when I check out I was only going to receive around $30 back. Wasn't sure why this was. Also I don't recall being informed that this hotel is valet only and it is $40 per day. I wouldn't mind these fees if I had been told upfront.

Restarunt and bar were underwhelming in decor and comfort . Valet parking attendants can't drive a manual transmission car had to self park it .

Pool and hot tub were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and pool area were clean and well maintained. Room condition was acceptable.

It wasn't clear when booking that parking was an additional $40 per day and the breakfast wasn't complementary. Found several empty vodka bottles under the pullout couch.

Stayed on the 9th floor, hospitality suite. Came back 2 nights, very late, to find a young security guard sitting outside our door. Charging phone and scrolling.

Friendly staff, had food and a bar. Room was comfortable.

It is clean friendly and well taken care of. Beds and bedding comfortable with ample lights. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Ice machine was broken on our floor. It is within walking distance to downtown however it is a long walk (pray for no rain) we did end up using Uber. A shuttle would be a great guest option. The extra cost $43 for parking each night. Does not include complimentary breakfast, you do have the option to purchase it.

The bed was super comfortable. Friendly staff. Walking distance to several places.

I wish there were an option to park my own car.

Very clean, like the location, could still walk to Broadway, big room, ac worked great, blinds made room dark.

Valet parking only. Had to wait for pool to be reopened due to other guests destroying it.

The air conditioner in our room did not work properly. I had to get up 3 times in the night to adjust the thermostat.

Facility was clean. Great location. Great breakfast.

Two of the female staff were very rude. One worked the valet desk and the other worked the front desk. I tried asking each a question regarding parking downtown and they acted as if I completely inconvenienced them. Their attitudes we’re completely uncalled for and it wasn’t even busy. I was the only customer in the lobby.
