Amazing breakfast! They had the waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, and a guy making fresh omelets to order. They had the other breakfast items as well.
The bedbug covers need changed. They weren't clean.

Available coffee / tea. option of different snack/ice cream to buy. free chocolates at front desk. Breakfast was good - better than regular hotels. The pool was good - able to use later in the evening. the laundry facilities.
Staff more friendly at front desk. carpet in the eating area - yuck! floors in breakfast area needs cleaning more often.

The location was within a longish walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame, which was good. The breakfast was good with an omellete station and good cook-your-own waffles, but otherwise the hot breakfast options were quite limited.
The first lady we met behind the reception counter had little English and/or didn't really communicate well beyond pointing in general directions when asked where things were or gave short, one word answers that were abrupt and slightly dismissive. I don't think she knew what serving customers really meant as a job. The room was serviceable but more expensive than I liked. The guy in the morning was much more helpful, though.
