Beautiful and clean. Great free breakfast! comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Excellent coffee. Would highly recommend. It is one mile from Opryland. There is a shuttle that runs from the hotel to downtown Nashville hourly for $10 round trip per person.

The property is in a nice spot on Nashville that isn’t too far from anything, but still is nice and quiet at night. The staff was very kind and the amenities all were delightful!

Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast

Pool was closed for maintenance, Which was the only reason we chose this hotel over another one. We were really looking forward to our youngest son getting some energy out in the pool before loading back up in the car

I was charged about $30 more then what I was quoted on booking.com. when I asked the guy at the counter said he wasn’t sure, he had to charge what the rate was.

I liked the property because it was clean and odor free. The staff were professional and approachable. The room was well stocked, we did not have to ask for anything.

I liked the breakfast because I really enjoyed the waffle maker, those fresh hot waffles every morning; it was a very generous breakfast. I liked the fact that the staff was responsive to our need to unblock the bathtub drain, because the water had been filling up as we showered which was very unpleasant. However, the staff addressed the problem promptly. I liked some of the restaurants in the area, particularly the one that specialised in wild game. Some great shops also were within walking distance. And it was handy to the Opry. The hotel was family friendly and very pleasantly decked out for Christmas, even offering hot chocolate.

The "scrambled eggs" were fake or powdered or something; but we don't eat stuff like that in Australia so it was really not nice. You need to cook real eggs or just leave "eggs" out altogether. The location was too far from Nashville town itself; but I guess that was the trade off we had to settle for in order to be close to the Opry. A free shuttle to the fireworks from the Opry on NYE would have been much appreciated if it had been offered. As it was, you provided shuttle to Opry and shuttle to Nashville town, but not from Opry to Nashville town.
