Air conditioner didn't work right, it stayed on all the time and none of the controls worked. We couldn't even shut it off and the room wasn't cleaned very well.

When I booked in my search I filtered hotel with indoor pool because I was traveling with my kids and to get out of the cold I chose that hotel because it clearly said indoor pool. When I Arrived no pool they said they haven’t took the pool picture down my kids said upset traveling from Jersey

I had requested adjoining queen rooms, got an email confirmation that I had them. Upon arrival was told they only offered king and a queen adjoining room. Was traveling with children so had to have adjoining rooms. Was told it would be 10.00 extra but was charged 27.00 extra. A pool was advertised on hotel site and booking.com but that didn’t have a pool. Had to take children to a community pool for an extra 39.00. The person checking us in was rude and not helpful at all. One room was not even ready for an hour after check in.
