I like the location, affordablity and the room was set up with a good size kitchenette. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The phone cord did not work in room and wasn't connected. Needs a new cord. .

The breakfast left much to be desired. I skipped it and ate at Bob Evans. When you a free breakfast is part of your advertising, I would expect something better. What did I like: The room was clean and the staff accommodated my needs. Nice place at a reasonable price.

The staff was friendly, and when I complained about the heat/AC not working in the room, Destiny immediately gave me a different room. The bed was firm and comfortable. I noticed that there were no minibottles of shampoo, lotion, etc., but I did not need them. Those mini bottles contribute to the plastic pollution anyway. The room was very clean.

The walls seem to be paper thin, as I heard a lot of running around next to me and from the above me. The noise did die down later. The hotel advertised that there was a free breakfast, but the grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. I know that during the covid crisis in 2020 and 2021, many hotels either discontinued their free breakfast or reduced it to a grab and go. I propose the possibility of providing coupons to local restaurants. That morning I ate a wonderful breakfast at Bob Evans, which I could have walked to, but I drove there instead.

It was not as clean, our room was supposedly smoke free but stinks of smoke, the washroom sink was clogged and water came down very slowly, toilet had dark marks on the seat felt like a public washroom could not use it comfortably, place felt understaffed so did not bother asking for service for the sink or toilet, kitchen wares were dirty inside the dishwasher and had rust so we couldnt use them, i booked this place bec of the full kitchen and kitchen wares that supposedly was included, the hallway was stingy and smelled like a dirty kitchen, can hear dogs barking, room next to us had a pet, if allergic not good choice for you, blankets had some hair was it even washed??? NEVER COMING BACK. DONT BOOK HERE.

The bed was great, the staff were super nice and helpful. The locations was perfect for what I wanted. The room was very quiet, even the airplane noise was not terrible.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. My bed clothes I wore that one night smelled like the room when I got home. There was no decaf coffee or hot water at the breakfast bar.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous and professional. Also plenty of parking.

The key card machine did not work, so I had to go to the front desk to get an employee to let me in, every time I left out the room. Also, the tv did not work in one of the rooms.

convenient to everything, but some updating needs to happen. by some of the cars that were there-awhile, it’s turned more into an apartment complex. our room, 117, was well worn. closet door that didn’t shut from misalignment, door trim had dog scratches, shower had one temperature, couch corner that again had marks of a dog being there. everything was clean but just worn

clean , close to advar hazy ctr , beautiful patio area, amazing 2 bedroom suite. quiet and loved that its secure and no one can get in where rooms are without a room key.

Found out that the fridge stopped working on my second night. i lost a lot of money in food. called front desk and they put a ticket in, but told me their engineer wouldn’t be in til tomorrow. I understood that. Came back the next day and still wasn’t working so I called the front desk and they confirmed no one had come in to look at it. the point of staying in an extended stay is to be able to buy and prepare food. i lost all the food and was not thrilled by the lackadaisical attitude towards getting the fridge fixed. Also, the layout of this room was very odd. the tv was backed up to the kitchen, not facing the bed at all.

The kitchen is good and clean. There are TV in each room, including living room. We don't need to compromise it.

It didn't prepare enough soap and shampoo for all guests. I think it should be a tiny mistake, but it did bring some inconvenience to us. While it was said to provide the breakfast, it's just merely a coffee and cookie. I guess it was because of COVID-19...
