The room was very nice. It had a couch on one side of the room and the bed was in the other and the TV was in the middle of the room (the Tv was on a swivel so you could rotate it) the only thing was one of the 3 elevators seemed to be out so coming and going was a bit slow.

Check in was supposed to be at 3PM and because the room was not cleaned, I was unable to check in until 10PM. Very unfortunate and I had to wait in the hotel lobby until the room was cleaned. I was given a comp card for the hotel lobby bar/food and I tried to apply the card to a drink and the person behind the bar didn't accept the card bc it was supposedly for food only. Really poor experience overall.

I wanted a handicap accessible room for my family. Even though I left a note and called ahead, they didn’t have one reserved for us when we arrived. THEY FIXED IT. If you need a handicap accessible room for a family, consider connecting rooms. They don’t have a handicap accessible rooms for FAMILIES but the extra expense for a room connected to a handicap accessible room is 100% worth it.

Shower didn’t work also remote to the tv didn’t either. I was told that someone would bring a replacement remote and no one showed.

From the service to the grounds of this hotel, it is a 10 star hotel. I must say The lady that works in the restaurant ALBA was amazing. Very sweet and always very attentive to our needs. The hotel had Very spacious rooms with a fridge, computer desk, sitting area separated from the beds, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, neurogenic coffee machine, water bottles, and sufficient towels. Our family of 4 loved the stay. The restaurant offers breakfast, buffet style, continental or order from the menu. It is absolutely delicious. The lounge area is very modern and spacious with a huge bar from end to end of the lounge area. The parking, plenty to choose from, huge lot. We went in February, so they had a Photo Booth camera set up with a beautiful back drop for valentines the kids enjoyed this. The restaurants and stores are walking distance. McDonald’s, Target, Jersey mikes, CVS, sushi place, Starbucks, subway, Olive Garden, etc…Overall the best stay we’ve had in Virginia. We will be back in May!k!

Everything was ok except when I was about to take a shower before checking out surprise!!! No hot water, we had a to go somewhere and I left with out shower and my husband took a cold water shower, I’m sorry but this is unacceptable

We stayed for a very inexpensive rate and were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the service, comfort, and cleanliness. The only negative is the high price of food and drinks, but that is, unfortunately, pretty standard at hotel bars and restaurants. It was very convenient to have a restaurant and bar right there in the lobby of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived and the check-in process went quick and smooth. However, they charge you an additional $50 per night deposit. I know hotels typically put a deposit on your room but $100 deposit for our stay seemed a bit much, not to mention they don't take Discover. Breakfast was not included and was an additional $22 per person per day. We didn't even bother checking it out since it was rather expensive. Luckily, the hotel is located in a very central part of Fairfax, so accessibility to shopping and restaurants was not an issue.
Our room for the most part seemed clean with the exception of the duvet. It was stained and all of the cotton parts in it were brown, so I'm not sure if it hadn't been changed or was moldy. It didn't help that it was just resting between two sheets and not an actual duvet cover. The bed also did not have a fitted sheet, but a regular sheet. So it was just all around sloppy and didn't feel clean.
Lastly, the TV. They have one of those hospitality TVs where it plays Hilton ads for the main screen. You have to pay for additional movies. They also block you from being able to use your HDMI cord or changing the input to hook up your laptop to stream your own movies. This was the biggest frustration for us.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that you are requifed to be a Hilton rewards member in order to use their wifi. You get 7 days for free and then have to pay for basic wifi or you have to pay for the stronger wifi.

We reserved two rooms with queen beds and when we arrived they said they put us in rooms with double beds. The only reason we booked this one is because it showed we would have the queen bed rooms. Attendant then asked oh do you want me to look for rooms with queen beds...yes we do! Then said no we don't have any available. Also tried to pull out terrible couch bed and food was underneath and we were there for 4 nights and they only cleaned the room once.

I stayed here with my husband and two children (3 and 5 yrs old) in a two queen room and loved it. Very clean and spacious. I especially liked that there was a separate space with an tv and a couch. I was able to watch tv at night while my kids slept. No complaints.

I stayed here with my son while visiting family. Upon entering our room Our light switch didn’t work. The air/ heat was never consistently running at the temp we set. The hotel was very outdated, only 1 elevator worked so waiting for the elevator sometimes took over 10 minutes! I think the final straw for me was when i entered the shower the water was freezing. As i turned the knob it completely fell off. The staff was very nice but honestly you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

Only 1 elevator of 3 in service, pool out of service, perfunctory staff, safe was locked, asked for more coffee pods for room and never received, horrible carts for luggage. I don't want to stay here again. Good is that the room is spacious and has a sofa and desk. Enough space to exercise.

The staff was really nice and welcoming at check in. Once I got in the, i realized it was freezing. I turned on the heat before I left. When I returned, the room was still freezing! I called the front desk to let thrm know and they sent a tech to come check it out. He came and realized it was blowing cold air, basically not working! His soluntion was a tiny space heater instead of him reporting that the heat was not working! I was too exhausted to deal with the matter any longer! I just set the heat by the bed, hot tge extra to get warmer, and eventually fell asleep.

We've stayed here many times, and I have to say it's past time for some updates. The couch in the room was practically unusable it was so uncomfortable. When you sat on it, the cushion sank down into the frame, and since I'm short, I had to lean back to reach the back of the sofa without much support. I was told at checkout that they'd replace many of the couches, but clearly not ours. Also, the "coffee table" is so high that you have to lean forward to make it usable.The bed was great, and the staff were helpful! The fact that we had only one elevator was a bummer, but they told us to use the service elevator as a back up. It was only a pain on Saturday night when the hotel was relatively full. I say every time in my review that they need to replace the clothes dryer, it just doesn't get clothes dry in a reasonable amount of time!!

Three elevators were down and they had construction working on it. Along with the loud drilling and banging we had rowdy guests screaming on the phone until 2am.

For most of our stay, only one guest elevator was working. The staff elevator was available, but inconvenient to access. On Saturday, no guest elevators were working, so EVERYONE had to take the service elevator, at a time when many guests were checking out with luggage. Wait times sometimes exceeded 10 minutes.
Also, the pool was out of order. We were advised of this in advance, but it was still a lost amenity.

The service was excellent. We left something behind in one of our rooms and the staff quickly retrieved it and held onto it until I could make arrangements for it to be picked up.
Our stay would have been perfect if not for the out-of-service elevators.
