Well the rooms on the right side of the building are way bigger then the rooms on the left. There really isn’t much to say about the property.

I didn’t like that they tried to put me in a room that smelled like rotted eggs because rooms were out of order due clogged drains. So to unclog the drains they had to pour some funky smelling stuff down them that stunk up a lot of rooms then they tried to tell me I just paid over $100 for a night and I gotta stay in a room that is like living in filth. I don’t think so

The breakfast was amazing. All the usual hotel continental items, and more. My wife was especially impressed with the "oatmeal bar," which had cooked oatmeal, not the packets, and a big rack of toppings. They also had hot items such as scrambled eggs, O'brien potatoes and sausages, which are sometimes missing at other hotels we've stayed in. We had a great view (if you just ignore a large industrial park next door) of the Camelback and other mountains. We were on the fifth floor, FYI. Granted, there were airliners going overhead, and past our window fairly frequently, but my wife loved watching the planes go by and kept trying to get a photo of one. That said, we could barely hear them, if at all, and they did not disturb us in any way. Lastly, the staff were all great, friendly and helpful, even being quite patient with my wife's pickiness. We would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

The bed was not super comfortable, but I didn't wake up with any unusual aches and pains, just the regular ones. Everything was clean with very little wear and tear, and could not be called luxurious, but not quite run-down either.

Suite size room offers lots of space. A little dated, but reasonably maintained and cleaned. Big breakfast buffet, good location near ASU. Friendly front desk staff.

Window had the shade but was missing a curtain - seems to indicate lack of maintenance. My room was just above the swimming pool, so a little noisy. Timing was in the week after the Super Bowl so prices were very inflated.

Hot breakfast, well laid out studio suite.

Staff person named "Cookie" was extremely professional and friendly, and also was helpful in setting up the airport shuttle. I stay here every January for the AZ RnR half marathon- it's convenient to downtown Tempe and the freeway and is comfortable and generally quiet.

At least have some breakfast items out earlier on a weekday.

The room was dirty, lights kept flicking out; literal clumps of dust visible on ceiling fans and tub could be easily cleaned with a magic eraser but instead had dirt. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, staff when I got there was rude…330$
