not close to any restaurants or shops , bar area was dead

Location. It was close to the festival we were attending. Bed was comfortable.

Overpriced. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. The parking situation was a bit odd but ok. Small issues with in room amenities. Example: No microwave in the room. No body lotion in bathroom. Only one regular coffee & one decaf in the room that was booked for 2 people. Very thin walls & windows. Lots of street noise. Could easily hear people in other rooms and hallway.

Great hotel, friendly staff, the lighting is a bit dim - could be improved upon, I think it is the vibe which I liked but a reading light would be beneficial

Comfortable room, close to Tempe Town Lake.

Had to wait an hour in the lobby because our room wasn't available. This hotel is on the Sky Harbor airport flight path, so you will hear consistent airplane traffic.

The location is great. Beds are comfy.

During our four night stay nobody ever cleaned our room. when we first got in there were toenail clippings on the floor and blood stains on the bedding.
