Clean facility, great room Front desk staff was very friendly and professional!! I can't remember the young lady's name that checked me in and out. But, I want to ensure that she is recognized for great customer service!!!

Room was excellent. Large and clean. The Beach looked great but in April when we travelled we stayed by the HEATED outdoor Pools. The Heated pools and hot tub were very good. Staff were friendly and nice free car park.

Breakfast was ok but we felt it could have been better. We stayed in 6 hotels during this trip and the Springhill was the best BUT it was also the most expensive. The hotel would have to be less expensive to tempt us back for a longer than 2 night stay.

Great location on beach, nice pool, clean large rooms and helpful staff

Plastic cutlery at breakfast was super annoying, couldn't eat properly and not at all sustainable to say this is part of Marriott group. It's also very cheap.

The breakfast was pandemic related where items were pre-packaged and not nearly as good as the pre-pandemic days. So I would say this had more to do with safety of the guests.

I assume when we get passed the pandemic the breakfast will return to normal status.

The place is nice overall and the employees are friendly. The room was clean as well expected and didnt aee any problems upon arriving.

The bed, not so comfortable. Maybe for a small person it would be fine but for a bigger person it seemed to have a dip in it but not too bad. They could build a ramp to help get out to the beach or at least one of the mats ive seen at soo many other places. Being in my 50s w a bad leg it was difficult to walk so far but even my 16 yr old daughter said it was rough for her as did some other people and younger folks i talked to at the pool..

The property was very clean. The staff worked diligently to keep the facilities clean. Frequently mopping and the building always had a clean smell. Excellent service!

Location, pools were heated and easy beach access!

The pool and hottub, easy access to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice hotel. Will come back.
