Clean, comfortable bed, easy check in and out.
Registered for 4 people, only got towels for 3. Blanket for sofa bed was hard and rough textured. Breakfast was ok, but there was not enough seating in the breakfast area.
Pool was nice and clean but needed to be heated a bit more.

I did enjoy the heated pool, it was great for my son’s physical therapy. The continental breakfast was delicious! One of the kitchen woman even offered to make me a plate when she saw me struggling with my special needs toddler. I really appreciated that. There was no requested crib in the room so the nice front desk man personally brought one up to the room immediately for us!
My room was infested with bugs!!! I told the woman at the front desk in the morning when we discovered them. She said we could switch rooms but since my son is special needs who doesn’t do well with change (was hard getting him to sleep there the first night) and has a ton of equipment, that wasn’t an option. Asked if they could just clean the room while we were out. Came back around 3:00pm and we’re relaxing in the room and found a ton of more bugs. So i went back to the woman at the front desk upset. She told me it was after 11:00am so there was no one who could clean the room and that they didn’t clean while i was out. Also i couldn’t switch rooms because i didn’t tell her earlier. I repeated again my son is special needs and we couldn’t switch room. She then offered me cleaning supplies so i could clean the room myself… i asked to speak to a manager since she didn’t care and was unwilling to help. She then told me there was no manager and no one else i could talk to. So i asked if she could call a manager to resolve this issue or for me to talk too. She said she wouldn’t do that and there was no one to call… that i could call on Monday….this was Saturday afternoon! So after leaving upset i had to call booking.com customer service since i didn’t know what else to do. Well the customer service person called the manager and spoke to them… but the front desk employee wasn’t able to speak to their own manager…. Makes no sense! Well i ended up having to go to the store to buy bug spray and spray the room down and clean all the surfaces! While cleaning we found boogers smeared all over the mattress under the sheets. White crusty bodily fluids sprayed all over the bottom of the bedframe. I don’t think they even cleaned this room before we arrived!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Convenient and lovely. Was our puppy’s first visit to a hotel ever. He loved watching tv on the bed. He loved roaming around the parking lot and he especially liked going out through the automated doors. But his absolute favorite was the bacon and eggs we let him try in the room. Great. Happiest for us is that he only barked twice and never had an accident.

The breakfast was good and there was a lot of variety, however the baked good I had was dry and lacking in taste.
The individual who checked us in. He did not welcome me as a Hilton Honors member. When I asked about the chocolate chip cookies (tray on counter empty) he said "oh those were gone hours ago, I ate them." Why was the tray sitting there if there were no cookies? I had to ask for water and he brought me one bottle. I had to ask for another and was not offered a bag. I am used to a much more efficient front desk person when I check in at your property where I have stayed multiple times. However, I also like the Marriott where I most likely will stay next month.

Clean, spacious room. Clean bathroom with amenities. I especially like the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower/tub. The lobby area was spacious and inviting.
There was a hot beverage service in the lobby, but none in the breakfast area. You had to go out to the lobby to get your coffee. I thought that was odd. Once I had my breakfast prepared, I had to leave it on the table to go to the li by for my coffee.

Discourteously charged with a cancellation fee (a full night). I gave the hotel ample notice so that they could rebook the room (Labor Day weekend). It was a greedy thing to do to a loyal customer.

Checked in late and was not a problem and quick. Clean Room. Basic. One night stay. Would stay again. Breakfast was very good. Good selections. Appreciated how clean everything was. She was constantly cleaning up and refilling things. Could have used more table seating.
Room coffee maker was broken and window blind.. If we were staying longer then one night I would have brought it up but really not that big of a deal. Forgot special request of extra pillows. Could have 2 more towels. Small things really.

location to where we were going
said free Wi-Fi, but had to sign up for honor guest to get it. went to front desk, asked about it. It wasn’t until then that she gave me a code to put in. we stayed 2 nights. our 2nd night there, I could not get Wi-Fi. putting the pass Code in again, would not work. For the cost of the hotel Wi-Fi should not of been that much trouble.
the height of the bed, the tub and shower were designed for tall people. I’m 5’ tall, not easy getting into bed. the shower head was so high up, no way of changing shower head, how water came out.
