Hilton Garden Inn Casper

We stayed in Casper to visit Casper College. The proximity to downtown and the college was good. Nice room and glad there was a restaurant in the hotel. Nice remodel. Nice lobby.

Beds were really soft and squishy.

Close to downtown and a great park and walking path along the river.

The pillows were too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference so not a bad thing

The front desk staff person was very welcoming and accommodating. She invited us to check back with her personally the next morning for breakfast vouchers, which she had available for us as promised. My husband requested an extra blanket as we left for dinner. It was on our bed when we returned. The lobby, bar, and restaurant environment was lovely post-renovation. The staff was excellent in service throughout our stay. Our group of four really enjoyed our conversation with each of them. The bar’s drink selection was broad and the breakfast was really good. Special requests were met with a smile and great humor. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel on an annual basis to meet up with old friends, and this visit definitely exceeded my expectations.

I would have preferred a choice of firmer pillows. This wouldn’t keep me from staying there, but it’s the only thing I can think of that I would change. I imagine, however, that if I had made a request, they would have offered me new pillows. That’s my bad!

Quiet and tidy

Details: can’t turn on the shower without getting wet because the wrong door is fixed. There is no pen in the room or any other writing material. The refrigerator barely cooled, even when turned up to the maximum. The selections are available. Television are terrible overall, the room was fine but the details were not well managed.
