The hotel renovation/remodel was completed a couple of months before our visit (Aug 2023) and it’s not recognisable from the old photos. Much nicer. There is a new Peloton in the gym, the lobby is light and welcoming, even the pool has had a glow up.
Friendly and helpful staff - sorted out an extra bed for our room within a few minutes.

Location, breakfast provided, and being quiet on the 4th floor.
Showerpan squeaking in room 404. Very annoying especially since this room was renovated. Also, the rust at the bottom of the shower door made us think the shower door was not new.
Looking at my bill, was surprised to see I was not charged the same rate for the 4 days. The rate varied by day...I was not made aware of this when making the Reservation. Was confused about having to use Booking.com for the reservation, as I thought I was booking directly with the Hampton Inn. The fees for this service were not transparent.

The location was good for my purposes. The room was spartan at best. I was glad my family could not come with me because there was only one bed and it was awful.
I think I answered that. It was spartan for the room. No couch to sit on. Only one chair. Rather disappointing for the cost.

Remodel in the Lobby and breakfast area was nice.
Friendly staff.
Some of the remodel work is hurried and sloppy. You can see where they changed decor with one coat of paint in the rooms. Breakfast needed refilled.

it was conveniently located. the room was nice and comfy. bed was nice with lots of pillows.
the breakfast area was too dark. I used my phone light to help me find things.

No wonder its free, no one would pay for that breakfast. How can you make eggs so crumby. Just awful, the company officials should go and try to eat that crap, they would be ashamed. The damn fruit was frozen almost solid

Comfortable, good price, fridge and microwave in room, quiet, nice breakfast. Just note that they are remodeling, they are doing a good job to minimize dust and noise travel through the hotel. Free parking and safe parking. Not too far from Casper College and the geological and dinosaur museum on campus, my main destination.

Did not realize there would be construction. Front desk was poorly placed, since it was being remodeled. Staff was friendly, but the loudness from the construction happening downstairs in the main lobby was horrible.

Room was good
I got an email the morning we were to check in saying the hotel was under renovation. This was an understatement. Lobby and public areas were a mess and trucks severely limited the parking. This obviously had been going on for a while and to notify us the day we were to check in was inexcusable.

Very clean and new. Beds super comfortable. Staff was very accommodating even with the renovation going on in the lobby area.
