Wonderful stay and hotel experience! Booking was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful, checking in and out was quick, my stay was comfortable, breakfast was good; I had an excellent experience overall.

1) The staff was first-rate.
2) The Breakfast was well prepared with a good selection, except for the fresh fruit.
3) Nice location, but a decent view of the river was blocked by the ugly architecture of the Black Pearl building.
1) No phone in the room for communication between rooms.
2) The only clock was in the microwave, too small for convenient viewing by seniors.
3) The hallway could have been cleaner; there were bits of trash in multiple places on the carpet.
In general, none of these conditions were particularly bad; they just fell a bit below what I am used to at Best Western.

Great location, good breakfast, good staff.
Our room was so dirty. The floor was sticky; the mini fridge was so nasty (and sticky); the toilet seat had urine on it; there was long black hair on the toilet, towels, and in the sink; and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty. The second dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Also, if you're looking for a treadmill/fitness center, beware that it's only open certain hours--I was kicked out at 10 PM, which is a first for me.
