Location and free shuttle to the airport!
So many people in and out of rooms all nite was hard to sleep!
Was charged more than told.

The room had everything needed.
The housekeeping staff talked and laughed loudly with one another every morning. It was clearly audible from inside my room. The chair next to the desk was broken. There were ants in the room. The clerk at the front desk said that there are ants all over the hotel!

Courtesy and responsiveness of front desk staff was exceptional. The room was clean and quiet.
I wish the restaurant had been open.

Very comfy bed. TV and internet worked well. Good to have a little store as the restaurant was closed..
Night staff behaved like he didn't want to be there. Answered questions adequately with no real amiability and no eye contact at all for each of the 2 separate stays I made within a week.
Shower sprayer handle had a piece missing.
Maybe have a second delivery menu for something besides. Pizza stuff (like something Asian or American fare).

Hotel was really run down. Overpriced for the amenities that were available. Restaurant and bar was shut down as well.

towels were old ripped didn’t want to shower and use the towels door lock was broken in the room I got.

Convenience, reasonably priced snacks, staff were very friendly. Coffee tasted delicious, however... see the other comment below under "didn't like". Very comfortable beds
NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM!! REALLY? also, not a fan of having to validate parking every time we parked, it was only a slight convenience. Also... what happened to the hair dryers?! They come in handy, and none in the rooms anymore.

the new gate for entry. my son came to pick us up for dinner and had to pay for a ticket to get in. Which the whole process is ridiculous since you can just walk across the grass if a thief wanted to come into to area. this has turned us away from visiting any of the hotels in this complex. again…..ridiculous!
