it was within 30 mins of UMass

It was run down, our room was on the first floor and the door/walls were paper thin. could hear every coming and going. Had forgotten earplugs and they didn’t have any avail to supply.

Breakfast was very good but ran out of items

This was an emergency overnight due to Amazon not delivering an air mattress and comforter. The hotel accommodated me in a very short time and got me comfortable in my room within minutes. I interacted with the front desk staff (night-he was so kind with a great personality. morning-she was smiling and friendly as I stumbled back to my condo and she even gave me a free soda to wake me up.) and housekeeping (very nice woman who had a great system for interacting with people who speak a language other than her own.

Breakfast was just OK

No night table at both sides of the bed.

1. Stuff for Safa bed is not ready. 2. Hairdryer is broken, after bath my daughter called front desk, but was told no good one can be provided. I went to front desk, staff said no empty room, no good hairdryer asked me to wait tomorrow. I was really angry, sit there for 10minutes and finally got one, then my daughter’s hair is almost dry, does not need hairdryer any more. I also never like to see this hotel any more

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Pool was supposed to close at 9pm but people were screaming and yelling until way past 11pm, our phone rang twice while sleeping and other guests had a huge fight for over an hour

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The blankets and pillows were excellent. The beauty products are exceptional, and it is so nice that they are not from China.

There was no complimentary bottled water in my room as there is at most hotels, and none was offered to me when I checked in. Also, the filters in my a.c. unit were dirty. I always check them first thing due to my allergies. I called the front desk and maintenance came right away and took care of it. The breakfast was lacking somewhat. The potatoes were soggy. The bacon was paper thin and more like a candy ribbon than bacon. Upgrading the yogurt would be helpful. Offering a gluten-free bread item would be nice.
