Room heater was broken , room was dirty and for booking online you see pictures of what you’re room supposed to look like but it looked nothing like it

The breakfast was fine had quite a few options was satisfied.

The pool and hot tub, our primary reason for going and to watch the superbowl game.

I have stayed in West Springfield many times. Sometimes, in order to pay less, I have stayed in hotels in a part of West Springfield that does not feel entirely safe. I think that the extra that I payed for this location was worth it for the peace of mind. I also liked the walk in shower. The doors on the shower had very sustantial hardware and worked perfectly; this is not always the case with such things. The breakfast was good. The sausages were very nice and the coffee was pretty good; a surprise. I will stay here again.

Clean rooms but the lighting can improve.

Not enough staff working in the nights, only the receptionist guy to handle everything 🙄

Bed and pillows very comfortable

Bathroom sink had a large crack in the bowl and the shower was very dirty looking so we didn’t take a shower. Also, the light on the heating cooling unit wasn’t working so we had no idea how to adjust temp without pushing all the buttons. It ran cool most of the time. There was cobwebs above the TV where the wall meets the ceiling.

WiFi was slow/service interrupted

the very rude staff, it's in the hands of my lawyer...

the location guest smoking pot outside staff were nice. we had a room without a working phone and a beeping fire alarm. staff immediately moved us and upgraded to a suite.
