Excelente desayuno.

Muy caro.

Location was ok. Breakfast was ok. Price was in line with other hotels in the area. Stayed in a newly renovated room which was pretty nice.

Hotel was going through renovations. Had a great view of garbage dumpsters with all a whole lot of old furniture all over the parking lot. I booked it solely on the fact that it had indoor pool, but the amenities listed on their sites including the pool were closed for renovation. Tried to cancel and get a refund to stay elsewhere but they wouldn't cancel without managers approval and claimed they can't locate the manager, so we ended up staying the night. While checking out, I asked for a printed receipt and was told that they can't print one because it was booked through hotels.com. During our 14 day trip, we stayed at 5 different hotels. 3 booked through hotels.com. 4 of 5 hotels were on point with providing everything they mentioned on their site as well as the 3rd party sites. They were all able to print out a receipt without any excuses. I'm a IHG member and stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels but this one left a little sour feeling.

When I booked the reservation I told the person I would arrive around 0400-0500 because I wa coming from upstater NY from work 2. the person behind the desk only answer was "Idont know I am new." 3. I was charged for a no show even thow I stated I was going to arrive in the morning 4. The person that was there sat and check out Sun had then same answers 5. you web sight states there is a military discount but didn't receive b/c the staff didn't know how to apply it I havs already told all my my clients and small business owners not to use your hotel Thank you, Chet

Maid service exceptional

No heads up of construction. Elevator dirty.1st room stunk and refrigerator not working water on floor. Would not refund my parents. With construction it was hard for her to breathe. They left and went somewhere else.

The checkin was efficient, very friendly staff, the room was clean, location was good. The breakfast was okay.

The pool and free parking.

My room was very dim. I had serval lamps and still could barely see in the mirror. the shower head had so much build up on it it scared me. Plus half of the shower head was clogged. i just suggest deep cleaning the shower head and upgrading the laps. carpets need deep cleaning as well

The room had mold on the shower head and on room curtains ! Manager kept calling my phone to pay before i got there . He charged my card without my permission . I wasnt supposed to pay until i got there
