Dirty sheets, rude staff, dirty room, outdated

Location was absolutely perfect for our rabbit show. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the shower.

The hotel is dated. Water comes out of the Tao brown. Elevator was loud i could hear it from our room

The staff. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were dirty. Not just 1 night dirty but old dust. Not enough gel (soap) or shampoo. Only 2 towels and we were staying 2 nights. There was no extra toilet paper or kleenex, and both were almost empty. The coverlet and pillow case and pillow were dirty. We requested the room cleaned, which they did. But still did not replenish the kleenex or cups. And there was gum stuck on the phone receiver. That should have been found by your cleaning staff...not me! Bathroom exhaust not working, and a light bulb was out. All the surfaces were sticky from the door to the table tops.

Location good but this hotel needs to be remodeled and it’s very stinky. Flaky wallpaper,elevators stinks. The bathroom was dirty. The carpet stains and horrible and trash underneath the bed had been there I was so discouraged and upset. I went downstairs and communicated about the dirty bathroom and unclean sheets and gum on the floor by toilet and towels and tissue paper didn’t exist, I had to go down and get all. Then once you leave this hotel it always charges you twice and the management never calls back. Then the employees say oh we got a new manager. But it’s the same lady who nevertheless call you back. This hotel is not sanitary. Hilton Gardens is not a garden of pleasure.

Everything ,Everything. I’m so disappointed. I stay Hilton in so many states. I have been awakened. Never again this Hilton Garden. Ever. I rate this hotel -0

Comfortable. Clean.

When we got there they told us we didn't have reservations. I had reserved 2 rooms. They found 1 reserved under the wrong name but not the other room. I had paid for both rooms and it showed me paying for only one. They finally found a room like I had reserved and gave use that one. It was a total mess.

I liked the size of the room and the comfort of the beds.

That our housekeeper was rude and refused us towels, twice. She would take our used towels but wouldn't give us fresh ones. She told us that she would bring us fresh towels and never did but was in the hallway running and playing with another housekeeper.
