So the guy behind the counter was very polite very helpful give me information on a couple things about the limo service and about the casino package the only problem I had was is you guys lied about when you take your payment out I set up a booking for pay when I get there and you guys took it out of my bank account and at the time I didn't have nothing in the bank account when I went to put the money in the bank account the next day I was overdrawn already cost me money
You're booking make me have an overdrawn bank account cost me more money than it should have and yes

Staff, room and view were great. I would stay here again. Good location to Petoskey. Easy to get to Traverse City and to Mackinac Island. Staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was exactly the same everyday. Always scrambled eggs and sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Make you own waffle. Bread and danish. Would have liked to see some bacon and breakfast potatoes.

Front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Our room smelled so musty we couldn't stand it. Fortunately, the weather was decent so we opened the window all the way to get fresh air, but it still wasn't sufficient to help the smell. With it being the night before the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge walk, we paid a lot of money for a room that smelled terrible.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig.
Auch von der Lage her Ruhig, da an der Rückseite nicht zur Straße gewandt.
Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück US-Style (aus Europäischer Sicht) Rührei, Toast, Bagels, Marmelade, Quaker , Müsli. ausreichend.
Offensichtlicher Instant Kaffee, Pappteller zum Frühstück, Frühstücksraum Atmosphäre (Kalter fliesen Boden)
Bei der nächste Buchung würde ich sicherstellen das ich ein Zimmer OHNE Verbindungstür habe. Die Zimmernachbarn standen um 05:00 Uhr auf, und haben am Zimmer frühstück gemacht, das durch die Verbindungstür leider sehr gut zu hören war.
