Convenient location to Cleveland Clinic

We liked it all

It was a well maintained older hotel. The rooms had obviously been completely renovated. The rooms were of good size and would have been much more comfortable if they had a 2nd comfortable chair in the room. We asked for one which was provided. Their shuttle service to and from the Cleveland Clinic was excellent and much appreciated. The water pressure at the shower head was too low or they should have installed a low pressure shower head. The front counter staff could have been more efficient. People ended up waiting a very long time to get checked in. Lastly, they had a business center which had a new computer and a good quality printer however the printer was not correctly connected to the computer so a user could not print a simple document and the front desk staff had no idea how to make it work.

See above. Also, the cleaning staff were not careful about checking all the necessary supplies in the room. For example, the liquid shower gel was empty the day we got there. When we asked the staff to take care of that, they did however inexplicably they removed the wash clothes and one or two hand towels and did not replace them. When we called the front desk on that issue, they then sent up someone from housekeeping who brought us a complete set of new towels, most of which we didn’t use because we didn’t need them.

Location

We chose this because it’s historic hotel. But the beautiful parts are for wedding only and eating facility for hotel guests are ordinary.
