Very friendly staff. Clean room and great breakfast

Tested + covid that morning . Had to cancel. Priceline reached out to them tontry to get the fee waived . They didn't get back to priceline and when I called them front desk didn't know anything priceline told me bottom line decision was uo to the facility and they said they dbt know anything can't help me that bo had to reach out to priceline. They charged me full night stay. Everyone pointed finger at someone else. Wasn't willing to even try to work with me five me a night another time when we were well. I feel like Noone cares of ur healthy or not the attitude was covid + or bot we should have just showed up anyways. So much for being concerned for other ppls health and welfare. This wad the worst flu feeling ever and its been 10 days we are still in pain and wiped out. Imagine spreading that! Theybhave attitude they don't care about health of others staying and don't care about their customers.

WiFi was not so fluent.

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and kind. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well.

The shower was a little dated which made it look a little unclean. Also the pillow fabric was scratchy

I can’t say anything good about this hotel. Nothing. Except was a roof over our heads.

There was no parking. The room wasn’t clean. We cleaned it with wipes ourselves! The AC was set to 45 degrees F! Breakfast was not as advertised. There was no restaurant in the hotel. The staff couldn’t care if you were dead or alive. We are definitely not staying here again.

When we arrived the person behind the desk told us that the manager had been fired and that half the staff had walked out in protest. Due to lack of staff our room was not cleaned or beds made. We had to request even to have our trash removed. We believe we should hav been informed of this so we could have made other arrangements.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent

Room had musty smell and halls and room were run down looking and worn. Stayed two nights and no housekeeping service at all. Didn't clean bathrooms or make beds. No parking available the second night so had to park on the street
