Best Western Plus Lackland Hotel and Suites.

I love the ambiance, the place is well kept, modern and the breakfast was hot and lovely. And there was tea/juice available right through out the day(24hrs). It's very close to the Airforce Base(8mins) with Uber pricing like $10-$20. Stores were in close proximity (10-20mins) away. I recommend.

The room had a misty smell to it.

Staff was super nice and very helpful in guiding me for event I was there for. Best driving route to take. Breakfast food was good and warm, room was clean and very spacious.

Only 1 elevator so end of hall was a distance with luggage but not a big issue

I liked the location of this property. Good breakfast options and not too busy. I liked they had room service, but wish there was more options

I didn’t like that there was a microwave in unit but not utensils, plates, glasses. No where to really eat in the room. The wallpaper on the walls were cheaply applied and peeling.. there was a stain on parts of the headboards and walls. The tub didn’t feel clean and mildew growth observed. The AC didn’t cool very well and the last night was off. The first night we already had gotten there late and the fire alarms went off which was overstimulating for myself and my toddler who didn’t want to go back in the hotel because it was too loud. It was unclear where the amenities were so we didn’t use them. There were people partying, smoking and drinking in the parking lot at night
