Sandcastle Resort

Location was great. Liked it being right on the boardwalk and walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops.

Continental breakfast didn’t have much to offer, but the main thing for me was that the coffee was good. Had to park across the street because our truck wouldn’t fit in the garage (f150 not lifted) but we had no issues.

It was right at the beach and offered breakfast

One of elevators did not work and seems to never get to the 5th floor

Liked the cleanliness and location

Couldnt get large towels from the housekeepers and the breakfast wasn't much. Pancakes were not.kept.warm in the tray that they fall into. Elevators very slow.

I did not get ready in time to eat the breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was good.

Bathroom could have been cleaner we were provided with a dirty towel. Freezer needed defrosting. There is a slight step to enter the rooms that present a trip and fall exposure. I stumbled entering the room. One elevator was inoperable causing excessive wait times. The parking deck appears to have an abandoned vehicle, covered in dust suggesting it has been there for awhile. No tags or parking plackard. This suggests the parking deck is not monitored which presents a security issue. I reported this finding to the front desk.
