Best Western Vicksburg

Old building updated incredibly well. Unique and plentiful electrical outlets, you will not be disappointed. Plumbing in shower is very high end but no detachable shower head.

Breakfast is ok but lots of room for improvement

Great location to Vicksburg’s battlefield.

Staff was helpful but could use a bit more training.

The staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean.

The location was not ideal

The breakfast was decent and all the staff were really sweet.

When we arrived it was a little later... you can't check in INSIDE the facility. You check in from a side window. I HATED that. The room was not clean, sheets had stains, when I dried off from a shower with the towel, I had a long blonde hair on my shoulder. I've never experienced anything like this before. But the clerk at the desk that morning did make it right, she had the housekeeper come to clean our room & change all the towels. Also the shower head isn't adjustable so the way it was spraying, because I'm a little shorter, had me basically pinned against the back wall of the shower. Will I ever stay at a Best Western again, probably not because that bothered me but it was a decent stay.
