Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Sumter by IHG

The property was clean, but the most important thing to me. Updated amenities were there coffee breakfast, and the front desk was accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast was good, but I feel like the breakfast could have been a little more uniqueness like homemade scones like the Hampton Hotel.

Great staff. Very helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was superb! Location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Very clean and the front desk staff was very nice

Everything was great

Pull out tv was the best thing about the room and the extra sitting SINGLE chair.

I didnt like the pull out bed that had lots of hair and trash inside the pull out bed. The pullout bed pillows had a bad smell on them. The shower had a old piece of soap with hair on it insude thge shower. The shower curtain bar was loose ready to break off. The shower needed a clean there was dirt in certain areas that shouldve been cleaned. The shower/bathroom needs maintenace done to it not just paint over it. And need a deep cleaning. Toilet would flush sometimes and not other times it was wierd. Pancake maker was terrrrrrrrrrible it should be replaced by a waffle maker those pancakes were tasteless.
