The room was outdated and not very clean at all

Pool, restaurant and free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathtub was very slippery. The curtains didn’t close properly.

The front desk ladies were amazing and super friendly.

The room was 84 degree when we arrived and took hours to cool down. The mattress had stains. There were no outlets to charge anything aside from the bathroom and we had to unplugged the coffee maker to charge our phone. The bath tub had red stains in it.

It was not far from the airport, although this didnt matter since the shuttle didnt work.

We booked this hotel for the shuttle. We got dinner when we got there, and it was cooked incorrectly. The breakfast was okay, though. The bathtub had bugs in it, the air was not on and it was incredibly hot. It took hours to cool off. It was loud on the floor and the doors didnt block any noise. The worst part though, was that I had scheduled a shuttle in the morning. When it was time to leave, the shuttle didnt have any gas. Then the manager offered to have me driven in a personal car, which also turned out to have no gas. I had to get an uber. I was late and almost missed my flight. So we paid way too much for the hotel, and it did not offer the promised services.

Bed was uncomfortable. Lots of items on the restaurant menu were out of stock. Breakfast was not good.
