I stay here every year for Bike Week. I will continue to do the same every year. This place is near everything you could ever need. Google Map it. I had the two Queen room with a sitting TV area. Very close to the beach as well.

Bathroom Shower could use some attention.

Rooms were nice neat clean and comfortable

The rooms were close but not next to each other like requested and one of the bathrooms tub water control was broken

The location to the beach was great. It is an older hotel, which we knew and dated but was still relatively clean. We asked for more towels and they were out of them. I called later and within an hour, we did receive them. The staff was all young adults, I never really saw a manager or adult. But they all were nice.

The problem being that apparently they rent to younger teens or "adults" so it definintely was a "party" location for a holiday weekend. It was very noisy and rowdy. We are a family with older kids, so it didn't bother us that much. If I was a family with younger kids, I wouldn't stay here - it's also not close to the amusement rides either. Also, apparently there was a "TikTok" meet up at 120th, which is the corner where the hotel is located. Over 500 kids congregating on the beach - again, they were fine not a problem, just foul language, people with younger kids wouldn't appreciate. At night, it was chaos with police presence and arrests. Don't stay here with young kids or during a holiday weekend.
