I wish the lounge was still operating at night, but that is a very minor thing.

Excellent location. Great value for the money. Older facility but well kept.
I had to switch rooms due to a plumbing issue, these things happen, the staff was more than accommodating.

Loved the oversized rooms, lots of space in the bathroom, quiet and big hotel.
Breakfast was not worth $7.95, over cooked sausage, eggs, hash browns. Typical buffet breakfast like other hotels. Bring back the restaurant, it is more inviting to stay at this location.

location was the only positive thing for us.
nothing is updated in the hotel. it felt like a blast from the past. walking down the hallways to our room, and the smell of such an old outdated building gave us an uneasy feeling about the stay.

Very friendly stuff, good breakfast, soft bed, nice interior
Our room is not well cleaned. There was hair on the floor, a scrunchie and a hairpin.

I enjoyed hottubing in the snow and being minutes away from Leavenworth.
The price was a bit high for an old hotel by the tracks and breakfast should have been complimentary.
