Not to clean and smell the whole time like My grandfather lotion I don't think that i'm going back

The curtain didn't close all the way. So there was too much sunlight in the early morning. Need curtains to fully close.

I paid for a king size bed and was given two queen. I paid $12 extra for the request. so I asked to be changed, and then I was put into a room. They didn’t have any curtains and you could see right in the room. I asked to change again, and then I was put into a room on the third floor and the elevator stopped working. The guy working the front desk then explain to me the booking was the one who charged the extra $12 and didn’t communicate that with best Western. all in all a real cluster!

comfortable and clean. easy check in and out. breakfast was great. nice variety of food and food was good!

didn’t have sheets and blanket available for pull out couch in the family suite. also- towel rod was broken in bathroom. no light by queen bed in family suite 320.

Rooms were nice and cozy. They had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was helpful. Breakfast menu was great for the price.

The corridors seemed a little unclean (I have allergy and could feel that).

The pool was cold in the air was cold it was on Sunday.and they were out of waffle maker when the guy was sitting there I thought he was a customer but he was a worker he took no initiative to put some more up there until another worker got some more waffle stuff for the machine. When I ask for it . People shouldn't be there if they don't want to work.

Waited 20 minutes to check in because the front desk clerk had not made it into work yet, the other staff did not speak English and was unable to understand what we were saying. The hotel room door to our room was warped and would not shut completely, and the whole place wreaked of marijuana. Made us a good laughable memory though!

The location to Hershey Park. It was convenient.

The cleanliness of the hotel and lack of towels at the pool. We had to ask multiple times for towels every time we went down to the pool. Our room was not cleaned when we put the sign out for it to be cleaned. The one day they came in, they only made one of the beds and not the other. The curtains were dirty and there was a lot of dust in the room. We had to ask for towels for our room as well.

not close to many restaurants or shopping although a good family diner right next door. very loud neighbours all around rooms next to us we could hear tv, people taking outside door and window. sound proofing not great.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good.
