Great, spacious family room! Great breakfast and beautiful clean hotel.

We booked this stay for the pool for our kids specifically BUT upon arrival found out the pool didn't open until 10am with 11am checkout! The kids were really disappointed to not get much morning swim time. Also, our door had problems and our room keys continually malfunctioned. The staff realized the door lock had a low battery but couldn't be fixed right away.

It wasn’t so crowded, very clean and quiet.

The door to get to the fridge was broken.

Good location for our trip. The breakfast was fairly good, the coffee very good.

Rooms not very clean. Pink/red water stains around the sink and tub drains . Not enough parking . Breakfast food was not restocked . Dirty tables dirty food area. Practically no good left 30 minutes before closing . Price of the total stay was overpriced for how we were treated.

so close to JBLM. We we’re there for military. literally across the freeway. so convenient.

our TV didn’t work. but they discounted the room and offered an upgrade that we declined.

Dupont is a safe neighborhood close to a peaceful shore and Lso close to JBLM

I liked the size of the room and the staff were nice.

I lost a baby blanket there and they couldn’t find it in the sheets and I am assuming it was just thrown away.

Oatmeal & eggs could taste better

Housekeeping was nonexistent during my stay. Bed was never made up. I had to go to the front desk to get shampoo, as it was never refilled.

Large room with a sofa bed. Very clean.

Very noisy room located at end of hallway next to stairway. We could hear noise from pipes throughout the night making it difficult to sleep and also woke us from sleep in the middle of the night. The bath tub is very noisy when you step onto the tub. Bottom of tub squeaks with ever step. This is clearly an ADA room for people that are hearing impaired. If offering this room to guests with no disabilities, the hotel should offer at a much higher discount rate and provide ear plugs.

The staff in the morning refused to accept cash for snacks and made me take my own towels to the laundrey room and pick up my clean ones
