The breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful with all needs. I would highly recommend.

It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly and there were several breakfast options. I also felt safe at the facility.

The set up in the room I stayed in was awkward. The TV was set up to the side of the bed and made it difficult to watch when lying down. Although the TV did swivel it was still awkward.

The location was where I needed to be. Close to a hospital a family member was admitted to. It was also located near many restaurants and retail stores.

The first room that I was assigned to had a strong smell of marijuana coming from the adjacent room. The staff was very accommodating and moved me to a different room.

We arrive at 2:50 pm basically check-in time and they were not ready for us to check in. The room is not ready and we had to wait probably 20 to 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The furniture in the lobby were worn and stained. The chairs in the room were worn and stained. The air-conditioning unit worked but was broken on the right side with a wire hanging out. The main lobby was very warm and checking the AC was not working or was on. Breakfast area was very small and limited and what they offered.
