Separate buildings for handicapped people could not get access to breakfast

Bed was comfortable and cozy.

Extremely friendly staff and extremely clean! Great location. Room was spacious and had everything to make a longer stay very comfortable. Sink was inside the bathroom so you could use the facilities without waking up your family in the middle of the night. Priced right.

All was great

Room was very nice and clean, as was the whole facility as advertised. Lots of parking near room, and convenient to almost anything you would need as far as places to eat and gas stations. Comfortable beds and lounge chair, microwave, t.v., and a good little fridge and freezer. Perfect for an overnight stay for a Travel Baseball Tournament!! PS: Pool was very nice and inviting although we just didn't have time to use it!!

Not a big deal, but AC unit was very noisy. Worked great, just made five or six continuous annoying sounds. No real vending machines (food) on site. Room was for four people but there was really not anywhere to change and get dressed with any privacy other than extremely small shower and toilet area.

The staff was friendly. Beds were so comfortable.

Nothing

Nothing I liked. I was not given a place where I made reservations for my family to rest. The hotel personnel called the police on me when I challenged the extral charges the hotel added to my stay without telling me prior to my arrival on 7/24/2023 at around 6 pm. The police told us that the hotel didn't want us there therefore, we should leave and find another place. My wife asked why? The police said they don't have to have any reason to kick us out according to the state law. We were very disappointed having driven long distance with our 4 little babies tired, hungry, and needed a place to rest. This was very emotional for us - knowing this was acted against us based on our race. We drove out of Alabama for our own safety to Tennessee to find another place. No compensation was offered to my family.

The extral charge imposed on my us lacks business ethics . We have been told earlier that there would be no additional charge when we made our request. The receptionist acted on repulsiveness, saying if we can't comply with the additional charge, we should leave and get our money back. the hotel business ethics are deplorable: the business called police on a black family and got us kicked out.
