The location was ok! The hotel room was semi passable. However, the curtains were absolutely filthy and the curtains did not close. We were on the second floor a gentleman was sleeping in his semi truck looking straight at us. The parking is terrible. The back door to the facility did not lock (anybody can gain entry to the hotel). When it was time to check out multiple people were in line complaining about bugs infestation. Did not have that experience. I would not recommend.

The air conditioning did not work in the room

The rooms were nice in size. The Common areas were nice and clean. The staff was really very nice and pleasant. The pool was open and clean.

Had to hunt down towels every time I needed them. We would set the used ones outside the door, and they got picked up, but new ones were not left lol. It wasn't a big deal, just inconvenient at times.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was what I expected for the price.

There was a very loud almost violent fight from guests staying across from me. I think they should have been asked to leave or the police involved. I was happy the front desk gave me a different room, but they were loud in the hallways the rest of the evening.

I killed 13 bugs in my room and the hotel clerk saw them. No rooms available so I checked out that night with the assumption I will get a refund.Also had to rekey my room 3 times as they could not get it to work. I’m waiting for the manager to be in on 5/9/23 to address refund. Otherwise I will go thru my credit card.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

On the website it advertises bar/restaurant and when we got in it we found out neither have been functioning since Covid. They did offer free breakfast but when we got there in the morning the options were very limited but we could purchase items. The first room they gave us had no curtains so we would have privacy in the room and limit light. They were very good about getting us another room.

I sent my kids down for breakfast and they didn’t eat because someone told them to pay for it that it’s not free

The bathroom wasn’t clean no good channels to watch tv all sports. Didn’t have no good channels or movies

they got rid of the hot tub but its still advertised, guest internet went down around 2 am after we checked in and came back tuesday around 11 am when we were checking out. front desk knew nothing of the internet and i was told that i came at a bad time. the breakfast is weak for a wyndham, other wyndham properties include a hot breakfast, their its a charge for an over priced sandwich. also from saturday at 10 am till 11:45 pm, the guests in the 3 floor room above us kept stomping on the floor and it sounded like they were moving the furniture as well. i will not be going back, quite dissappointing.

they got rid of the hot tub, and it location is a bit weird because you turn in and it is back behind a place.

the 2 bedroom suite was nice and conveinent

Misleading advertising for the Hotel. Web page shows a hot tub. After check-in we discovered that the hot tub had been removed. Sole purpose of renting the room was for adult use of the hot tub.
