two roaches as soon as we stepped into the room and put our bags on the bed. cracked bathroom tiles, furniture was old, bed sheets and blanket? Old. This hotel needs a makeover

We found Bugs and cockroaches!! The room was not clean ando many damages and scraches on the furniture. It si unacceptable. The meal at the breakfast was not good.

First the room was not clean. There were cockroaches in the room. We didn’t even stay we gave the keys back and left. Went to a different hotel for the night. After doing more review reading we found that the place has been infested with cockroaches for awhile and reports of bed bugs.

Right outside of room 10 extremely noisy how many but do there when I got there and throughout the night people coming and going when guy yelling at another guy in another language pacing in front of my door for over an hour People pushing the buttons on the cars when they do that it toots the horn and wakes people up, People talking loud people being really loud walking by talking as if it's daytime not having any respect for others in their rooms playing music blasting the music that's what was going on last nigh Plus I was charged with $50 fee that I was not told I was told I was only charged including tax $77 I opened my phone after an hour being out when I left there was a $132 charge on my phone I called to make it right, And I was told I'd get $50 back on Monday, I do not feel OK the way this was done money was taken from my account without my permission nor my agreement and the person I spoke to said well they have to look at the room and if anything's broken they'll keep the money I was not told that there's nothing broken in the room and spotless I consider that stealing I consider that offensive and I consider that a crime Hopefully I will see that $50 come back into my account on Monday 1st thing Thank you

There’s doors that connect to other rooms which was scary. I had to put a chair to block it, just in case someone wanted to unlock their door. Upon checking out I let the front desk know about the cockroaches and all she said was she would have someone come spray! This is a health violation I’m sure and should not have this hotel open until they fumigate this place. completely unsanitary and disgusting.

The price was affordable

I was very uncomfortable with the horror movie playing on the lobby television. The hotel was run down, the bed was caving in the middle and my room was infested with cockroaches. I did not stay the night.
