The hotel was fine. I really didn’t spend that much time at the hotel.
The women Brittney at the check in was very rude and the other lady didn’t have a name tag. She took people 3 couples back and gave them there room keys even though others were waiting in front of them. I could not get the Wi-Fi to connect in my room. There was also an issue trying to leave the parking garage. I had to go back to the desk and get a voucher to get out of the garage or it would’ve charged me $70.

The breakfast was excellent.
The Hotel was excellent, but Booking.com had not communicated well with them. If I ever travel to Indianapolis again, I will definitely stay at the Alexander but will book direct with them.

Walking distance to stadium and other downtown venues.
Elevator was very slow and only one was working.
