The location was perfect for us. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The continental breakfast was very limited. We had expected some fresh fruit.

昨年に続き二度目の訪問。 waikikiに近く、バス停もすぐ近くにある。

シャワーの勢いがイマイチ。

everything is ok on our Room 1112. We stayed at Aqua Aloha few years back and was satisfied with their free breakfast: I appreciate the free continental breakfast but Unfortunately, there is only super few selections of food. Even scramble eggs or other bread options or any selections of protein/meat there is none. So hopefully they will change that in d future. also, The Alarm went on twice in the day. one morning and late at night. Its super inconvenient for people sleeping and elders and children to head down and its false alarm. Wer already sleeping also, pre covid, there is a Free shuttle service going to Ala Moana Mall to and from selected Hotels. And they removed it

予約していたお部屋とは違い、キッチン付きのお部屋にアップグレードされていました。部屋がとても広く快適でした。

金曜日の夜は外の音がうるさくて、眠れないほどでした。お部屋の位置にもよるかと思いますが、以前泊まったときはうるさいと感じなかったのに残念です。

smaller hotel with comfortably sized rooms and bathroom only a short walk to Waikiki beach and close to shops bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. overall we were very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

a lower overnight parking charge, $45 is a lot per night

部屋が広い、ロビーの居心地がよい。　スタッフが自然に感じ良く 良かった。 ロビーなどを、いつも清潔に保っていて、マメに掃除する姿を見かけた

キッチンの流れが悪く、水が溜まってるのが困った。 浴槽の流れも悪くて、水が浴槽に溜まってしまって　嫌だった お湯を溜めて　浸かる気になれなくて、それは困った

The location of the hotel is really good. Waikiki beach was 8-10 mins walk from it. There are a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers available nearby. On top of that, there was really easy access to local transportation.

Breakfast could have little more varieties. Surprisingly we did not get eggs in the breakfast for a single day.

フロントがフライト変更対応、タクシー会社とのピックアップ対応に親切に対応してくれた。

＊朝食にサラダと玉子が欲しかった。 ＊シャワールームのシャワーソープの補充が不十分だった。

今回キッチン付きのスイートを予約しました。 鍋やカトラリー、食器類等自炊出来るツールが完備してあり、とても助かりました。 ランドリーマシンもあり、洗濯から乾燥までやってくれるため、便利でした。 何より部屋が広くて大満足でした。

キッチンツールは必要最低限であったため、パスタを茹でるためカゴを現地で買い足しました。 また、食器は平皿のみだったので、日本の100円ショップで買って持参した丼類が活用できました。 プールはとても小さいので、ほとんど使用する人はいませんでした。歩いてビーチに行った方が良いと思います。

Det borde inte ens få kallas frukost, det dom serverade. Bröd, frukt och dricka var oftast slut så det som serverades var kaffe och torrt rostbröd med enbart smör. Vidrigt! Fick köpa min egen frukost varje dag! När vi väl ätit upp, vår egen köpta frukost, så sprang personalen i kapp oss och gav oss en utskällning för att vi inte städade undan efter oss.

Värsta hotellet jag någonsin bott på! Vedervärdigt! Hissen gick sönder så min 80-åriga mamma fick gå upp 10 våningar, utan någon som helst hjälp från hotellet!

立地が最高。どこに行くにも近く、トロリーの乗り場のDFSがめちゃくちゃ近くて赤ちゃん連れでもとても便利でした！ ホテルの方もみんなとても優しく、フロントは通訳アプリで丁寧に対応してくれたり、日本語がとても上手な方もみえて、洗濯の使い方を教えていただき、小銭や小さなドルにも両替してもらえました。清掃の方も赤ちゃん連れの私たちにとても優しく毎回声をかけてくれました！ 円安で全てが高いハワイですが、とてもリーズナブルでこの立地や部屋の広さ、電子レンジやケトルが借りれたのも子連れにはとても助かりました！ 次回ホノルルへ行く時もこのホテルを利用したいです！

Bit dated and in need of some up keep, painting etc

Location is good and we can see the fireworks of Hilton. And also close to market place to shopping and dinner.

It’s noisy at night and my husband didn’t sleep well. I’m good though.

何処に行くにも便利なロケーション。 スタッフが親切 特にフロントのDenverさんの笑顔でのおもてなしが素晴らしい! 美味しいお水をいつでもマイボトルに補充出来る。

3人で宿泊したのに部屋にカップやコップが2個しか用意されなかった。 無料の朝食は、イマイチ… 3泊したが1度しか食べなかった。

Location was good, very close to the beach and shopping areas. There were plenty of restaurants near by.

The photos of this place were the most deceiving, the hotel itself is in much needed update. Cleanliness was average but the rooms and facility were very outdated and run down that it felt grimy. Bathroom had amenities of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner but were all EMPTY. To be charged for this price for such a hotel was a scam.

親切なスタッフ、朝食、ロケーション

バス、トイレが古く、少々汚い。何よりシャワートイレなしが、困った。

Easy access to Waikiki. Valet parking is available, although it is expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is old and needs updating, especially the bathrooms and rooms themselves. Breakfast was store-bought food. Juice is nothing different from what I get at home.

お部屋は綺麗に清掃されており、家族５人で過ごすのに十分な広さでした。簡易キッチンも広く、洗剤やスポンジも備え付けられていて、大きめの冷蔵庫はとても便利でした。無料の朝食は、毎日同じメニューですが、大変ありがたかったです。ホテルの立地は最高です。カラカウア通りとクヒオ通りのどちらにも出やすく、Theバスやトロリー バスのバス停も近く利用しやすかったです。

3階の部屋を利用したのですが、夜遅くに聞こえる音は、ジャンプでもしているかのような音でもあるし、リズム音なのか、結構大きな音がしていました。静かに過ごされたい方には気になる音かもしれません。また、ユニットバスのため、入浴中はトイレが使用できず、困ることがありました。キッチンの鍋は、持ち手がグラグラしていて、怖かったです。

The bed is confortable. Denver at the front desk is friendly.

no parking available on property. i parked 2-3 blocks away. to make it worse this property where I parked do not allow people on the elevator without a key after 10pm I’m always about my safety. Sliding door was unable to lock. it’s ajar for the duration of the night.

we stayed for one night before our 10 hour flight home. the location was great, quiet so we got good rest but close enough to the bustle of waikiki so that we didn't have to rely on a car. the room was very spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly.
