The huge double rooms were amazing and comfortable

Didn’t like that our second key card didn’t work and constantly went downstairs to know and they kept issuing us a new one that didn’t work. Also the key card that worked had issues where it stopped working in the middle of the night resulting us being locked out with our kids and dog while we had to go to the desk at midnight. The pillows were awful and there wasn’t any for the pull out bed.

Everything is great except for one thing...my bed was so hard I woke up a felt like somebody beat me with a bat

I have stayed here many times since for over a year however this time the rooms had a crack in the ceiling and the floor was soaked from a leak in the first room They were not very clean my bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Absolutely nothing.

We went to Austin for my moms birthday to see my brother. I booked this hotel, we got there on the appt date, and were told that their elevator was broken and that the only floors were the 3rd and 4th. The general manager, Reynaldo Salas, promised that if we found another hotel, we would be fully refunded in about 5-7 business days. We found another hotel and completed our trip. We never once stayed here. However, it has been weeks and we are getting the run around. This is a $500+ charge for a hotel we never even stayed in for more than 15 or 20 mins, where we only stepped IN THE LOBBY. They had us marked down as “no show” which is completely false as we arrived close to 3pm on our book in date, and were told that we could find another hotel and get a full refund. We were told that hold would be taken off DAYS AGO and we called again, for them to say it was never taken off and they can’t issue the refund. We’ve also been in contact with Booking.com several times regarding this property and it feels like there has been no resolution to the issue. We have now taken it up to customer care. Do not book this hotel if you want a company who tells the truth and assist their customers, because we are getting the complete opposite experience. Give us our refund that was promised to us!

THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH Luggage TO YOUR ROOM AND WILL NOT HONOR THE $50 DEPOSIT. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TO WALK 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. THE BREAKFAST WAS TRASH AT 9. NOTHING NEW EVERYTHING WAS OLD. JUICE WAS WATERED DOWN. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR THE PRICE THEY ARE GIVING.. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
