Chicken receptionist was great, but checking out receptionist not so great. She needs to work on her people skills no eye contact did not even say good morning.

Our stay was nice but they can benefit with a security guard since this place has a lot action at night
A/c kept turning off during the night also a lot of loud people roaming around the parking late at night

Room had a little kitchen
The lobby allows 1 guest to check in at a time, so I had to stay outside when the weather was extremely hot. Smokers were all over the building. Homeless people lay on the walkway, come close to us to ask for money. The bedspread had too many stains.

Roaches in the first room climbing on the walls roaches in the second room and the bathroom coming out of the piping not my idea of a good stay I don't like killing bugs and worrying about in my sleep that one is going to crawl on me.
If there were no roaches in the room I would have liked the place to seem to be very nice I just don't like roaches. And the fact that the other end of the hotel their people out there selling drugs not a good place.

A bit sketchy that you need to call reception to be allowed in. Rooms certainly aren’t charming either

Location was alright. I got what I paid for.
Had to change rooms because the heater did not work in my first room. But my second room was dirty, the heater was about to blow up and there was. Constant beep every 15 minutes that I couldn't figure out.

Couldn't connect to internet while time of stay when calling support for issue I was going up on repeatedly. They were very rude when questioned about issue.

Towels had human hair in them even though they were fresh towels. The shower head leaked water onto the painted dry wall and caused it to become damaged.I took pictures to show the front desk person since I had to put down a $100 deposit at check in.

The location was cool and the staff was really nice
The bed was so uncomfortable 😫 the whole time I was In pain. My back is still hurting. Plus there was roaches and the water didn't get hot
