The kids had fun in the pool

It was very dirty. Hard to tell when the last time the room was vacuumed. The bed mattress was very old, uncomfortable, and it had an odor.

It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping.

The toilet was somewhat plugged up when we arrived. Went to the desk and got a plunger. After a bit of work got it to flush normal.

Bathroom was dirty, moldy shower curtain and smelled like mold. Dirty floors and lack of towels.

Ease of booking the room

The breakfast was very good.

The blankets were very thin. The room could have been cleaner.

property was centrally located so there were plenty of restaurants and things to do close by

room was filthy, beds were not made properly, dirty used soap was left in the shower, trash in one of the trash bins in the room, crumbs on the floor, breakfast was not good at all. opened a cream cheese and it was bad. staff was unprofessional and mostly hung out outside smoking and talking things that were inappropriate for work. horrible experience all around to say the least.
